Our animals are raised on our farm and fed with Non-GMO oats and Ground Corn that are grown exclusively on our farm. We don’t give our animals any steroids, anti-bodics, or growth hormones of any kind. They are offered pasture and ground feed freely at their choosing. We produce flavorful beef without the use of hormones or steroids to speed up growth. The beef is then aged for 14 days before being cut. Because of that, our beef is more tender, more marbled and tastier.
