Our animals are raised on our farm and fed with ground corn and oats that are grown exclusively on our farm. We produce flavorful beef without the use of hormones or steroids to speed up growth. The beef is then aged for 14 days before being cut. Because of that, our beef is more tender, more marbled and tastier.
